2. Purpose of the site

TUNOS is an interior design studio based in Fuerteventura (Canary Islands), offering interior design, e-design, home staging, styling, and furniture and décor sales services.

3. Terms of use

Access to and use of this website is free of charge. By browsing this site, you agree to use it lawfully, in good faith, and in accordance with public order, and not to use it for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful to TUNOS or third parties.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of TUNOS or is used with the permission of its rights holders, and is protected by intellectual property law. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using this content without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Liability

TUNOS makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability of the site.

6. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over the owners' domicile, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

This website does not use contact forms or tracking tools (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies beyond technical ones, if any). We only process personal data when you contact us directly:

• Email (hello@tunosdesign.com) — we process your name, email address, message content, and any other information you choose to share (e.g. a project description).
• Phone — if you call us, we may note your contact details in order to prepare a quote or follow up about your project.

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, and deliver our design services.

3. Legal basis

Consent of the data subject (you contacting us of your own initiative) and, where a collaboration is agreed, performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or deliver the project, and afterwards for as long as required by applicable law (e.g. tax obligations), where relevant.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by technical service providers necessary for the website to function — our hosting is provided by Raiola Networks — strictly to the extent needed to deliver that service.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data, by contacting us at hello@tunosdesign.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies for analytics or advertising. Should this change (e.g. if we add Google Analytics), we will update this policy and, where required, add a cookie consent banner.
